Rance was excellent with communication and punctuality. When he saw the issue I was having he knew what to do to resolve it immediately. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. Needed to repair a shut off valve for my house. I was looking around and Rance Answered my text. And from the very first time I talked Rance I could Tell he Was knowledgeable and honest, by just talking to the person. So Finally, I told Rance What I wanted And he said yes, he could do it, we agreed on a reasonable price and he came to my house up in Makakilo. Rance is a very easy-going and nice person. He explained what he was gonna do So he got started, but we ran into some minor difficulties with my Main water Shut off valve to my property.Rance Decided to do it another way, and with his expertise and knowledgeable on this kind of situations he made it work. I am so happy because Now my water pressure is normal before that it was at about 150 psi that is crazy but he got it done and he made it work. I am so Thankful that I have met him. I am really satisfied with his craftsmanship and his work. For any future plumbing, I will call him. No questions asked thank you and God bless you and your On the bottom left, I have the old Shut off valve and on the right side is a new one that Rance Put in
